Welcome to Child N Baby Line. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of childnbabyline.com and purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Products

We sell baby, child, maternity and related products through our online store.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability and prices displayed on the website are accurate.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, product manufacturing variations or packaging updates by manufacturers.

Please always follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, age recommendations and safety information supplied with a product.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable and are clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

In the event of an obvious pricing, description or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error. If the error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding and, where necessary, cancel the affected item or order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate, including your contact details and selected Akis Express pickup point.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

a product is unavailable;
there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error;
payment cannot be authorised or processed;
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Payments

Payment methods available at checkout may include:

Visa
Mastercard
Apple Pay
Google Pay

Availability of particular payment methods may depend on your device, browser or other technical requirements.

Card and electronic payments are securely processed through our payment service provider, JCC Payment Systems. Child N Baby Line does not require customers to provide payment card information directly to us outside the secure checkout/payment process.

We reserve the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver only within the Republic of Cyprus.

Orders are delivered through Akis Express to their pickup points throughout the Republic of Cyprus. Available pickup locations are presented during the ordering process and customers select their preferred Akis Express pickup point during checkout.

Standard delivery costs €4.

Delivery is free for orders of €60 or more.

Our usual delivery timeframe is described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

6. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible:

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal from qualifying online purchases.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns where you notify us within 15 calendar days after receiving your order.

Certain exceptions apply, particularly to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind items.

Complete conditions and instructions are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy limits any rights that you have under applicable Cyprus or EU consumer law.

8. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

Products sold by us are covered by the statutory guarantees provided by applicable Cyprus and EU consumer law.

New goods are generally covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery. If a product is faulty, damaged, does not correspond to its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotions and special offers may be subject to additional conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively to previously completed orders.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to Child N Baby Line, including our branding, text, graphics and website design elements, may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from use of products contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, warnings or intended use.

13. Privacy

Personal information provided when using our website or placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is also subject to the privacy and security practices of the relevant payment service providers.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.

The Terms applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when the order is placed.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and purchases made through Child N Baby Line are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to you.

We encourage customers to contact us first if they have a complaint so that we can try to resolve it directly.

Consumers may also have access to complaints procedures and Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms available under Cyprus consumer law. Cyprus law provides for consumer disputes arising from online and offline sales to be submitted to approved Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies.
