At Child N Baby Line, we currently deliver orders within the Republic of Cyprus only.

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered through Akis Express to Akis Express pickup points throughout the Republic of Cyprus.

Available pickup locations are presented during the ordering process.

You can select your preferred Akis Express pickup point during checkout.

We do not currently offer delivery outside the Republic of Cyprus.

Delivery Cost

Standard delivery: €4

Free delivery: Orders of €60 or more

The applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Time

Our usual delivery time is 1–2 business days.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday, after which delivery normally takes 1–2 business days.

We do not operate on public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed and dispatched when our office reopens, after which delivery normally takes 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, unusually high order volumes, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Applicable statutory delivery rights are not affected by these estimated timeframes. Under EU consumer rules, traders remain responsible for delivery when they appoint the carrier.

Selecting Your Pickup Point

During checkout, please select the Akis Express pickup point that is most convenient for you.

Customers are responsible for checking that the selected pickup point and contact information are correct before completing their order.

Collecting Your Order

Once your parcel arrives at the selected Akis Express pickup point, collection is subject to the courier's normal notification and collection procedures.

Please ensure that the telephone number and other contact information provided with your order are accurate so that you can receive delivery notifications.
